Recurring invoices policy change : Update #4
I am writing to inform you about a policy change effective January 1st, 2023. This policy applies specifically to customers with a yearly service fee with SPCR. Here are the details of the changes:
1.) All customers will receive invoices for yearly renewals on January 1st, and payments will be due by January 30th. 2.) Customers with existing yearly services will have their renewal date adjusted to January 30th. 3.) All invoices must be settled by January 30th, unless alternate arrangements have been made with SPC.
Example: If you enroll in SPCR's yearly service in June, your bill will cover the remaining time in the current year. Subsequently, your renewal invoice will be issued every January.
